If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the following, and if your questions or concerns are not answered, don’t hesitate to contact us.


Returns and exchanges of Danit Peleg products are not possible, as every individual piece is made specifically for the customer’s order. Please read below, under the ‘Damaged Items’ heading to read our policies on fixing and replacing a product that is received damaged.


We want you to be 100% happy about your purchase, therefore, every customer has the opportunity to receive a 100% refund, from the moment of purchase until the 3D printing process of their item begins. Once production has begun on an item, a refund is no longer possible under any circumstance. Customers will receive an email notification informing them that the 3D printing process of their item has begun, at which point production cannot be stopped or modified. As each item is designed and 3D printed with each customer’s individual measurements, the garment cannot be refunded or returned.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges worldwide are covered by Danit Peleg.

In the event that a customer would like to ship back an item for fixing or replacement, the customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping as well as for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Danit Peleg.

Damaged items

If for some reason you have received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We want you to be able to enjoy your new purchase (in perfect condition) as soon as possible!

Items received that are defective or damaged will be fixed or replaced with the same item at no additional costs.

To be eligible for this service, the following information MUST be included in your email:
-Receipt or proof of purchase
-A detailed explanation, including photographs, as to why your item requires fixing or a replacement
-Phone number where you can be reached in the event that we require further information

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a fix or replacement.
